Our clients' production was increasing, and we realized that unexpected downtime became the key variable to avoid.
With that in mind, in 1995, JBL Industries began to implement preventative maintenance programs with the assistance of our customer's key production managers. To avoid downtime during production hours, we developed a 24-hour, 7-day week schedule to meet the demands of our customers.
Our mobile teams are scheduled days, even weeks in advance to assist, or lead shut down repairs, and perform preventative maintenance on the desired equipment. With preventative maintenance programs implemented, unexpected shutdowns and halts in production are avoided, saving time and money, and allowing our clients to establish production schedules of their own without having to allocate time for breakdowns.
